The three spacious bedroom suites, each with nautically themed names, are arranged round the pool terrace, all with their own private separate access direct from the terrace. All have modern bathrooms and wonderful views of the ocean & gardens. The master bedroom known as “Captain’s Quarter” has an impressive privte balcony and ensuite bathroom finished to a high standard with double vanity basins, and a walk-in shower. There is a separate maid’s room below the house, a garage and a 40,000 gallon cistern below the living room which stores rain water collected from the concrete roof of the home. This is an exceptional property offering excellent value for money on the holiday market. Though it can be used as a family home, the unique design and layout of the space would be better suited for holiday enjoyment.
