Cap Cove is on the North East Coast of St. Lucia, close to the new World Class Cabot Point Golf Course, due to open in 2024, and also the existing Sandals Golf Course.
Cap Cove is a gated development with a collection of one and two bed apartments, three-bedroom townhouses, and four-bedroom villas alongside the Atlantic Ocean, many with private pools or plunge pools.
Within the beachfront resort there is a, fitness center, a large community pool, concierge facilities, a restaurant, a pool bar, 24 hour Security and Private Parking.
Cap Cove Development
Entrance: Through double doors into the spacious open plan living/dining room. This whole area has a cathedral ceiling and leads directly onto the outside terrace. There is a good sized pool with a sun deck and Gazebo.
The Kitchen: Spacious kitchen with a central island and storage below. The built in units and cupboards are all tastefully designed. There is a large range burner with a double oven, Butler sink, American style fridge freezer and microwave. From the kitchen there is a laundry area with multiple cupboards, a washer and dryer and ironing area.
GROUND FLOOR
Powder Room: Off the hall from the kitchen
TV Room: Hardwood floors and A/C.
King Size Bedroom: A/C, built in cupboards and dressing table. There is a large ensuite shower room with w.c. and w.b.
Wooden stairs off the living room lead to a galleried landing with direct access to a large outdoor sundeck terrace overlooking the pool and garden.
