- Manage both short-term (holiday bookings) and long-term clients.
- Facilitate the paperwork involved in order to lease or rent the property.
- Provide tenants with personal attention while ensuring that their concerns are quickly resolved.
- Having an experienced and competent maintenance team on hand to attend to situations as they arise.
- Adequately maintaining financial records, and provide bank reconciliations if required.
- Provide monthly or quarterly management accounts.
- Perform maintenance in accordance with your expectation.
- Bill payments – loan, utilities, taxes, insurance, condo fees, etc.
