It comprises approximately 1,500 acres with spectacular views from the cliff tops to the sandy beaches. Beautiful views of the Caribbean Sea, Atlantic Ocean and Martinique in the distance. This beachfront resort is located on Cas En Bas beach, famous for Kite Surfing, Horse Back Riding and much more.
Cap Cove is a gated development with a collection of one and two bed apartments, three-bedroom townhouses, and four-bedroom villas alongside the Atlantic Ocean, many with private pools or plunge pools. The living room, which is bright and tastefully decorated is fully air conditioned. The sliding glass doors give a view of the patio where there is a table for Al fresco dinning. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven and hob, built in microwave and fridge freezer. With a window overlooking the garden and beautiful communal pool.
Off the living room is theMaster King bedroom, with A/C, fitted wardrobes and sliding doors to a small terrace. The ensuite has twin vanity basins, walk in shower and w.c.
Left off the entrance hall is a Double bedroom with A/C, Fitted wardrobes and ensuite with shower, w.c and w.b. Both bedrooms have hardwood flooring.
Surrounded by flowers, birdsong and sea air, the patio is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast or an evening meal. The communal pool is literally 30 seconds away. The condo was designed to be private, so you can’t be seen by others but you’re close enough to walk to the pool.
The Condo fees of US$895 per month to include lighting and cleaning of common areas, refuse collection, maintenance of the roof, external painting of the building, security, water and cleaning of the communal pool.
Within the beachfront resort there is a large communal pool, 24 hour Security and Private Parking.
